The Yearbook Committee is collecting Pizza Bingo Photos for the yearbook.

Please upload photos to the Pizza Bingo album by the end of the day Friday, April 19th.

Last day to get your bundlets is April 17th (this Wednesday). Order yours before it’s too late! Orders will be available for pick-up at Pizza Bingo.

Pizza Bingo is going to be a fun event – but we need your help!

Please help make Pizza Bingo a success by volunteering to help out or contributing to the event.

We need help providing drinks, coolers, serving pizza and drinks, selling bingo cards, handing out bingo prizes. and chaperoning. Chaperones are extra critical this year, as Louise Archer is currently an active construction site. Please ensure that children are not running or being overly rambunctious at your post. It is imperative that children follow schoolwide hallway expectations as they move from the cafeteria to the gym. Without chaperones, we will not be able to hold this event.

Please join us for Pizza Bingo on Friday, April 19th. Pizza will be available for sale (cash or credit card) in the cafeteria starting at 5:30pm and bingo in the gym will be from 6-7pm.

Once again, Mr. Drost and Mrs. Skousen will be calling the numbers!

Bring cash for bingo cards ($1 for 3 boards) and drinks! A blanket and/or cushion for your family to sit on in the gym for bingo is a good idea too.

This is not a drop off event, students must be accompanied by an adult.

The April 2024 PTA meeting is scheduled for this Wednesday, Apr. 17th at 8pm via Zoom.

The Zoom meeting link will be emailed the day of the meeting to everyone who RSVPs to our Evite.

Individual and class photos will be taken on April 18th.

Information should have come home in the Tuesday folder last week or this week’s.

We still need three volunteers for the afternoon 12:00-3:15pm shift – we currently have no one signed up. If you are available to help, please email Kathy Cutri.

Next year we will be returning to Lifetouch and more reasonable prices. We were told that the prices for Legacy would be comparable to Lifetouch, among other things, which was not the case. We extend our apologies for the high prices this year.

Keep in mind the products make great gifts for any time of the year! Thank you so much for your support of the art program. We raised over $1,000 for the PTA.

These camps will be taught by your favorite PE teachers and the Sports & Games LLC staff. We will run three sessions: June 17-21, June 24-28, and August 5-9.

Registration is now open on Homeroom and will stay open until the sessions are full.

Note that due to school renovations, the sports camp will be held at Vienna Adventist Academy this summer. Camp will run from 9am – 2pm.
