The Louise Archer PTA publishes a Student Directory for the personal use of students and their families. The information contained in the Directory is taken directly from official school records and every student is automatically included. Each student will have one address, one phone number and an email address listed. If you would like to have your child’s name or some information removed from the directory, please complete and return this form to school no later than September 17th.

Adversting in the Directory: The Best Way to Reach the Families of our School

This fall, the PTA will once again publish a directory of students to be distributed to all Louise Archer families.  As you know, the directory is an invaluable source of information and used throughout the school year, so ads placed in the directory are viewed all year round.

In addition, an ad in the directory shows that your business supports our school!

New This Year: Smart Phone Directory App!

Your Directory available securely on your mobile phone!  Now you can access your school directory when in the car, at the office, or when frantically searching for the print directory in your house.  All the phone numbers, addresses, and emails listed in our print directory will be available on the mobile directory.  Plus, the mobile directory will include updated information we get after the directory is printed!  You will get access to the mobile directory around October 1 if not earlier!  The mobile phone directory will be available for the iPhone, Android, and Blackberry*.
